I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist dedicated to helping postpartum women rebuild strength and confidently return to the activities they love. I offer both in-person and online coaching to meet you where you are.

Instead of adding separate rehab exercises on top of your existing workouts, I seamlessly integrate them into your current fitness routine.
